Why are our classes only 45 minutes?

"Research suggests that energy levels tend to decline after 45 minutes of exercise, which can negatively impact performance and proper form. A study in the Journal of Sports Science and Medicine found that after 45 minutes of continuous exercise, participants reported increased perceived exertion, muscle fatigue, and ratings of perceived exertion. To combat this, we recommend fitness classes that do not exceed 45 minutes. This allows for a challenging and effective workout without overstraining the body, while also fitting well into busy schedules as a manageable and convenient time commitment."

A bootcamp class is a fast-paced, full-body workout that is designed to challenge your strength and endurance. Each class is adaptable to suit all fitness levels, ages and abilities, and modifications can be made for any injuries or limitations you may have. Expect a relaxed yet challenging environment where the goal is to get fit and have fun doing it! At our bootcamp class, we pride ourselves on being able to ADAPT to any injuries or limitations you may have.

Dr. Rodley has pursued further education to instruct this class. Each mobility exercise is rooted in scientific research, maximizing joint benefits.

Each class will explore active stretching, evidence-based joint exercises, and body control techniques to improve your physical mobility and movement abilities.

Whether you're an athlete striving for peak performance, recovering from an injury, or simply looking to enhance your everyday movements, this inclusive program is designed to optimize joint health and range of motion.
