Personal Training

During your consult we will go over your goals and aspirations so, we can  tailor our services to your needs. 

Small Group Training

The small group option  allows you a more individualized program at a more affordable price. If you are looking to sign up for small group training let us know and we will set you up for a free consult!  During your consult we will go over each individuals goals and aspirations so, we can tailor a program that fits everyone's needs.

Off-Season Training

Team Training + U-13 Training

This small-group training is specifically designed for hockey players to improve their performance on the ice. The programs contain a systematic approach to have athletes peaking for the start of their season.

 

The programs will cover the following:

  • Mastering the fundamentals of strength training and sport-specific movement patterns and mechanics

  • Learning and implementing proper warm-ups and cool-downs to allow for stronger workouts and to reduce injury

  • Gaining speed, agility and power through a progressive overload system where the body will be significantly stronger from start to finish

  • Developing energy systems and stamina through sport-specific interval training and aerobic training

  • Improving body composition through proper exercise selection and nutrition/supplementation counseling

  • Accountability, guidance, and mentorship from an experienced athlete and coach
